Start with the carrier contract

Ysend applies your services, zones, conditions and carrier accounts so only genuinely bookable options are offered.

Keep your costs private and customer prices clear

Your carrier costs

Buy rates, surcharges and conditions remain visible only to authorised teams.

The customer price

Each customer receives the selling price set by their agreement without seeing your cost or margin.

From shipment facts to a booked service

  1. Qualify the shipment

Origin, destination, parcels, weight, dimensions, service and constraints.

  2. Compare services

Apply active contracts and rates to the shipment's real facts.

  3. Confirm the price

Present a dated offer before any commitment.

  4. Book once

Prevent duplicate purchases when a request is sent again.

Execute with the carrier's identifiers

  • Label and manifest

Produce documents for the booked service and close batches according to the carrier.

  • Pickup and tracking

Attach milestones, exceptions and proof to the same external shipment.

  • Return to the channel

Share useful tracking with the merchant, WMS, OMS or adjacent leg.

Check the carrier invoice against what was booked

Reconciliation compares invoice, booking, service and surcharges. Differences become audit cases instead of silent corrections.

Dispute, allocate and settle

  1. Open the dispute

Keep reason, billed line, evidence and carrier correspondence.

  2. Decide the difference

Accept, recover or reallocate cost with an approval trail.

  3. Settle and journal

Prepare the amounts owed to the carrier, their settlement and the corresponding accounting entry.

Before you decide

Your multi-carrier transport, explained.

Use TTMS for external services. When your own drivers and vehicles perform the journey, TMS takes over.

What does TTMS do?

It brings together external carrier services: contracts, quotes, bookings, labels, tracking and invoice checks. It complements WMS or OMS when goods need to be handed to a carrier.

Does everyone receive the same prices and services?

Available services and displayed prices depend on contracts, destinations, shipment details and the terms applicable to the account. Pricing is confirmed in the booking journey before purchase.

How can I check a carrier invoice?

Ysend matches invoice lines to the relevant bookings, services and surcharges. Differences can be reviewed and followed in a case with supporting documents and settlement decisions.
