- In Backlog age and Pace to cutoff, check open orders, Unassigned pick tasks and the Hours to cutoff.
- In Inventory health, check blocked, expired or negative stock and the Open cycle counts.
- Click "Refresh now" after acting to reload the board; if you filtered on a merchant, use "Show all merchants" to return to the full site view.
Result: You know where the site stands against the cutoff and every alert has been handled or handed over.
Next: Team Leaders and Operators carry out the work you prioritise; you continue with the waves, docks or counts that need you.
Announce and follow inbound deliveries
Starts when: A client or supplier notifies a delivery, or trucks arrive at the dock.
- Open Inbound to reach the Receiving workspace and its Receptions tab.
- Click "Announce a delivery", choose the client and receiving warehouse, enter the reference and expected delivery date, use "Add a line" for each product and quantity, then click "Announce the delivery".
- Follow the Reception queues: On the dock, Late, Action required and Completed (30 days).
- Click a reception to open Reception Details and check its status, assigned warehouse and operator, and product lines.
- When a truck arrives, open Docks, choose a free dock and click "Put a truck"; when it leaves, click "Truck left".
- Back on the Operations board, watch Inbound dock until the Pallets awaiting putaway have been stored.
Result: Every expected delivery is announced, visible in the reception queues and received at a planned dock.
Next: Operators receive and put away the goods with the handheld; the Partner Manager creates, starts and completes receiving tasks on the web when needed.
Plan, release and complete picking waves
Starts when: Orders are waiting to be picked for the next carrier cutoff.
- Open Fulfillment, stay in the Plan stage and select the Waves tab; the Picking series board lists the waves of your warehouses.
- Click "Create wave"; in the Create picking wave window choose the warehouse, optionally enter a wave code and the assigned team, and confirm; the wave appears on the board.
- Click "Release" on the wave row to send it to the floor.
- Open the wave to see its tasks; use "Auto-Assign Tasks" to distribute the picks to operators, or "Pause" if the wave must wait.
- Click "Start" when picking begins and follow the progress in the Pick stage.
- In the Pack stage, open the Packing tab to follow the packing queue and the Stations and machines; use "Change packer" to move an order to another packer.
- In the Ship stage, open Carrier Handoff, select the warehouse and check the Dock and handoffs tab; use "Send DISPOR handoff" to send the handoff to the carrier.
- When all tasks are finished, click "Complete" on the wave.
Result: The wave is completed, its orders are packed and handed over to the carrier, and the Outbound dock panel is clear.
Next: Operators pick and pack the orders; the carrier then takes over the shipments.
Run a cycle count and post adjustments

- Open Inventory (the Inventory & counting workspace), select the Adjustments & CC tab and click "Launch a count" to reach Cycle Counts.

- Check the Variance Summary: expected and counted quantities and lines short or over.
- Click "Validate the count" if the variances are explained, or "Request Recount" to have the locations counted again.
- Click "Post Adjustments" to update stock; use "Cancel Count" with a reason if the count is no longer needed.
Result: Stock in YSEND matches the shelves and the adjustments are recorded in the stock history.
Next: Operators and Team Leaders carry out the counting; you follow the remaining open counts in Inventory health on the Operations board.
Manage your team's work, leave and shifts
Starts when: Daily follow-up of the team, a leave request, or planning the coming week.
